  • Admins manage configuration and sensitive account changes.

  • Viewers should have access only when they need read-only context.

Good hygiene​

  • Keep actions attributable to named users.
  • Review who still needs access on a regular cadence.
  • Avoid one shared account for the entire team.

Escalation rule​

If a request affects a live client engagement or a security-sensitive platform, route the decision through an admin-level owner instead of improvising in Slack or email.
